SHIPPING & RETURNS
1. Shipping Terms
1.1 We charge a flat rate delivery fee of $8.95 for orders under $99 (excluding shipping) within Australia.
1.2 We provide free standard shipping for orders that are $99 or over (excluding shipping) within Australia.
1.3 If you would like your order sooner, we offer express post via Australia Post for a flat rate of $12.
1.4 If you’re happy for your order to be left in a safe and secure location at your address, you may complete the 'Authority to Leave' section at the checkout.
1.5 If our courier determines that there is nowhere secure to leave your order, they may take your order to the Post Office. It is for this reason that you should ensure that you provide clear and specific instructions.
1.6 If you select 'Authority to Leave' you do so at your own risk and we may not be able to help you if your order is misplaced or stolen.
1.7 We do not suggest selecting the 'Authority to Leave' option unless appropriate.
1.8 All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days. This may be impacted as a result of a Sale or promotion.
1.9 Your delivery will be received within 1-7 days. It may take longer for your order to be delivered if you’re in a remote or regional area.
1.10 Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you provide with your order. We do not accept any liability if the delivery address is incorrect so please ensure that you check this before you process your order.
1.11 We only ship orders with reputable delivery companies, we do not accept any liability for delayed deliveries caused by any third party.
1.12 We only accept and ship orders within Australia and cannot ship to a PO BOX.
1.13 Missing or non-delivered parcels need to be reported to us within 14 days. Any orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office will be refunded for the product component only. Any goods that are spoiled as a result of this will be deducted from the amount refunded. You must contact us or place another order if you would like redelivery.
2.1 We do not offer returns for change of mind on perishable items such as chocolate and confectionary.
2.2 We may choose to accept a return and provide you with a store credit or exchange if the item is not perishable and is returned in it's original, unopened condition with all packaging.
2.3 If we accept a return, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

2.5 If your item has arrived and it is damaged or not as expected, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can help.
